Foods of Spain, Country French and Rustic Italian

Come spend the weekend with us at The Sweet Biscuit Inn, located just blocks away from the famous Biltmore Village and the Historic downtown area of Asheville, for this unique weekend.  You will enjoy three demonstrations cooking classes for your culinary experience.  

The weekend starts off at 6:30 Friday night with a "Quick and Easy Dinner".  Learn the technique for preparing  a  meal for four prepared in about one hour.  Saturday morning the Inn will  prepare a full breakfast for your enjoyment.  In Asheville, spend the day exploring the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains for antiques or gallery hopping.  

Saturday evening guest will enjoy an "Elegant Dinner 

Party" menu demonstration cooking class, followed by a seated served dinner with wine.

 

Sunday morning the Inn will offer a continental breakfast followed by our "Brunch Cooking Class" at 9:30 a.m. ending your weekend of foods and fun!

All classes are demonstration followed by a buffet of the recipes created in class.  Wine will be served with all class meals.
