Our 18th century villa nestled in
the hills above Greve, a small town in the Chianti region,
between Florence & Siena.

Your accommodations for the week features five bedrooms,
four bathrooms and a terrace with
breathtaking views of the countryside.
Cooking classes are held for up to 8 students in a
quaint kitchen.
Following the meal, which students prepare and enjoy
on the terrace, relax outside with wines and view
the beautiful countryside. |

Excursions in Tuscany, Italy
Besides indulging in your fill of the
fine dishes you'll prepare, each day will offer a
bounty of sites and tours to experience. Your
vacation includes tours of two local wineries,
Dievole and Volpaia, specializing in the region's
popular Chianti Classico wines. At Volpaia, you'll
also taste fresh olive oil and learn about its
production.

You'll have a morning to to explore the
quaint town of Greve in Chianti and then on
to the charming town of Castellina, where
you'll find interesting shops of all
varieties. Following a morning of shopping
and exploration, we'll have lunch at a local
trattoria. On your free day, you may want to
take the bus into Florence to see
Michaelangelo's David and other famous works
of art and historic places.
